Unconference Organizing

Fletcher (1900)

Community Discussion - Open

An unconference is an attendee-driven format where the day’s schedule is created on-site, with an emphasis on discussion and interactive sessions rather than pre-planned talks. The day begins with an organizing session in which participants propose topics, briefly describe them, and collectively build the schedule.. It's a natural extension of the hallway track and a bridge into the new development year.

If you feel that your session cannot be productive without a particular conference attendee present, please ask their permission to include them as a "required attendee" for your proposal. The organizers will use this information to minimize scheduling conflicts.
